CareerPlans4All is grounded in the Holland Code / RIASEC approach to career exploration. Holland Codes help people connect their interests and personality patterns with compatible work environments. The six Holland Code themes are Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. These themes are widely used in career counseling, career education, and workforce development to help individuals explore career clusters, occupations, college majors, and training paths.

Our History

Since 1995, the Holland Codes Resource Center and related career and educational service businesses have provided career development resources, educational consulting, and assessment tools. CareerPlans4All.com was created to bring these resources together in one updated online portal, making it easier for individuals, schools, counselors, and organizations to find the right career assessment for their needs.

About Dr. Mary Askew

CareerPlans4All is led by Dr. Mary Askew, an experienced career and educational services professional. Dr. Askew has served as a career and early college advisor and has taught career workshops for nonprofit organizations, educational groups, and community programs. She has authored numerous career development resources, including web courses, downloadable guides, PowerPoint presentations, videos, posters, worksheets, and career planning materials.
